For regular US share buying, FX is often the fee that quietly dominates the comparison. A platform with zero dealing fees can still be expensive if its currency-conversion spread is high.
The calculator models the stated monthly FX volume as recurring annual conversion. It does not include US withholding tax, exchange-rate movement, bid-offer spreads, or product-level charges.
